What information does SimLogicHK collect about me? 


When you enquiry/use to our Service, purchase a license to our Services and Software, Meeting, Exhibition or Event, contact us for support or other offerings, SimLogicHK collects information that identifies you. This includes: Identifiers and contact information, such as:

  • SimLogic Portal Login Name (If any) 


Commercial and transaction information, such as: 

  • Payment/billing information; 
  • Licenses purchased;

Professional, education or other demographic information, such as: 

  • Company name; 
  • Company address; 
  • Title;

Analytics or other electronic network activity, such as:

Does SimLogicHK disclose my personal information to others?

  • the person to whom we are required to make disclosure under any law applicable in or outside Hong Kong 
  • Any personal data provided to us may be processed, accessed, stored and/or transferred outside Hong Kong third party service providers including but not limited to cloud server providers situated outside Hong Kong. Such locations may offer a different level of protection of personal data. If we transfer your personal data outside Hong Kong, we will make sure to protect your personal data by applying the level of protection required under applicable data privacy laws. 


You should also note that as we have no control over any act of any third party, the privacy protection stated in this Privacy Policy Statement does not apply to the information which has been disclosed to any third party incidental to or in the course of our operation or in providing our services. We will commit to using our best effort with the strict procedure of selecting providers/partners with good conduct and control to minimize/eliminate the risk of data loss. We assume no responsibilities on the privacy protection against such third parties. 


Direct Marketing and Your Opt-out Rights


We will not use your personal data for direct marketing activities unless we have obtained your prior written consent. With your consent, we may send you direct marketing communications that may be of interest to you, including but not limited to providing promotional information and offers of business service and solution and Survey, newsletters, activities and other related notifications from SimLogicHK to you.

Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you are entitled to be informed by us whether we hold your personal data, to have access to such data and to correct such data if they are inaccurate.   Any such data access request has to be made in writing and be sent to us by mail to:
